OUR MISSION: To save lives and reduce suffering from colorectal cancer in all Californians. We work throughout California to promote access to the care continuum through our community grants program which funds Federally Qualified Health Centers in CA.

We have distributed over $740,000 to 81 organizations, mostly FQHC in CA, and are on track to increase by almost $100,000 with our 2025 RFA that will be released next week. In addition, our partnership with CA DHCS and CDPH has provided critical additional funding

For each $15,000 donated, one additional clinic can be supported for a year for increasing their screening rates for colorectal cancer and making sure patients with positive results receive the appropriate care through referral networks.

C4 is registered with the Sac BDOG in support of our activities in the Sacramento region. C4 board members are matching donations up to a certain amount and proceeds go towards supporting the C4 Community Grants.

We are bringing our inflatable colon and plan to have lots of engaging activities and educational materials about colorectal cancer. Dogs are allowed on the course until 10am and we have a special dog toy for those who want to donate $10.
