As a member of another of the Southern Gentlemen fraternities of the Lexington Triad- I find most members fail to live up to that ideal. And as problematic as fraternities can be- If one person is motivated to live up to that, it’s a success.

Republicans have never been punished for a government shutdown. Democratic voters are screaming for their leaders to stand firm, force Republicans to pull poison pills from the bill -Senate Democrats just Jonestown it...all the KookAid all the poison pills. @schumer.senate.gov

Maybe that the campaign tried to please the Dem base and win liberty minded conservatives but missed out on encouraging moderate democrats and independents to turn out especially on the economy. Trump didn't do better in NJ but Harris really underperformed Biden.
