So this is what the header of a Liquor License looks like Boston. I suspect that it hasn’t been updated since prohibition ended. “ to sell and dispense food to strangers and travelers.” “ to expose, keep for sale, and to sell all alcoholic beverages.” So I guess you can’t sell food to friends?

IrishAmerican whiskey is truly spectacular. There’s the five-year-old blend that is about 60% single malt; the 10 year single malt and San Patricios; the first ever Irish whiskey finished in tequila and Mezcal barrels. It’s also a 7 year old single malt.

If you visit the Avery Bar in Boston at the Ritz Carlton, you might not see Volans Blanco Tequila behind the bar… it’s in the rail as the HOUSE TEQUILA. Order a Tequila Soda or a margarita and it’s made with Volans. Legitimately some of the best tequila in the world is their standard pour!

So “Dry January” is on and definitely it is great that there are more non-alcoholic options than ever for folks that want to enjoy refreshment without the effects. This is item new from Sam Adams and I’m super impressed with the taste. Not as hoppy as a big IPA but it scratches the itch. APPROVED ✅

So I’m gonna post anything related to tequila even if the spot doesn’t sell alcohol. This place: dorataqueria.online with locations in Walpole and Dorchester is next level great Mexican food. I was in heaven eating these #Tacos De Birria and I can’t wait to get back to try more things on the menu.

A little known fact; if it’s something that Burke Distributing brought in as a spirit, you’ll likely find it at Norfolk Wine And Spirits. Conveniently, it’s located about 20 minutes away from my house so for years pretty much every day after work I would show up there with a bottle in my bag.
