Despite nearly 2 decades of separation, he recalls it all - what she craved, the affection she sent through their bond, the trust she felt for him - with perfect clarity because she mattered so much to him, even if she ended up growing up to hate him due to Mammon’s influence (she didn’t, luckily).

Exactly - Dolly’s never had anyone who cared about her outside of the servants that raised her, because Mammon’s only goal was to make her into a clone of himself.
And learning Blitzø remembers everything he felt when having her, loved her despite knowing he’d never see her again, is shocking.

Oh, that’d HURT - Blitzø’s just bracing for the insults, for her to say she’s glad she barely looks like him, only to be shocked when she doesn’t. He can’t believe it at first - why would she want (or even care) about HIM, some imp incubator only good for pumping out kids for “better” people?

She may LOOK almost exactly the same as Mammon, but it’s clear she’s her own person - she sounds different, acts different, would never dream of doing what he did to Blitzø.

Andy clearly didn’t recognize Striker when he appeared in Western Energy, so it’s more likely that he simply asked Stella for his number, called him up, and offered him a pardon for the failed assassination in exchange for testifying against Blitzø in court.

Well, in my mind it feels pretty simple as to why Stella knows Striker - she found out about him while looking for the best assassin she could find that could get the job done, and got into contact with him to provide the funds he needed for angelic weaponry and organize the hits against Stolas.
