I checked the Times on my phone this morning before the Nuzzi piece dropped. I had to scroll past 9 full screenshots worth of headlines - not counting large ads - before getting to the first Epstein headline. Zelensky's alleged corruption was treated as far more important than Trump's.

Zombie posting to note that Derrick Brown blatantly trying to trip Love and then lazily jogging in pursuit warrants a dishonorable mention.

Strong vibes of victmized rural hospitals scrapping and “competing” for money vs. overbreeding urban minorities looking for handouts in the respective descriptions.

And not only is that header even smaller now, the Times is giving more prominent billing to articles claiming that Democratic gubernatorial candidates should stop criticizing him and that big city Democratic mayors should stop confronting him.

What three songs, Kevin? I say open by emerging from a crashed UFO with “The Salaminizer;” bring it down a notch with “Captain Crunch;” and then bring the house down (literally) with “Gor-Gor.”

Until I heard that one, I had no idea that grown men talked unironically about their bungholes decades before Beavis did.

I once got too tired to leave the apartment for takeout, so I ate the months old coffee ice cream languishing in the freezer. After that I couldn’t sleep.

I love how he leans into the ridiculousness in this movie.

He came in unrecognized at a supermarket where I worked in MT in the 90’s. When fans mobbed him in the lot, he huskily told the bewildered baggers taking his groceries to his car, “I’m Batman.”

Nice! A true bike network in Newton desperately needs an east/west route in between Comm Ave and the Charles. Washington Street is long overdue for this sort of reimagining and redevelopment.

This actually happened to Nomar!
“I know who you ah! Y’ah Nom-ah Gar-she-are-par-ah!!!”

Nomar credited with saving two from Boston Harbor
Nomar Garciaparra is accustomed to saving runs with his glove, but he might have saved two lives with his quick thinking.
