You know which part of you they are immobilizing and centering in the machine. It's not secretive, they need you to understand and hold still. It's interactive and cooperative and with tons of communication while the whole thing is happening.

I've missed Harry Reid all along. A real fighter. And if he'd been there in 2017, he'd have supported my junior senator getting the damn ethics inquiry that was wanted and deserved. (Reid said as much to Jane Mayer in 2019.)

Yeah. They are doing something. Taking complete advantage of the situation. It’s all about power (or money, or both). Nobody truly cares about him, as a person. (And he doesn’t care about anybody else. He never has.) But neither do they care about their oaths, about the country.

Did you read it? Mayer (a top journo) demonstrates more Qs about the allegations than confirmation/corroboration. Especially the raft of lies told by Tweeden initially, then the lumping together of "he squeezed my waist" and "he kissed my cheek after I gave him an award". And many D senator regrets.

Supposedly the claim is that those things may be needed for the new construction (though I can't imagine he'd do any of that even then) but that for demolition, no external permissions are required, just his say-so.
