We have a family tradition of getting together on New Years Day to celebrate my Grandmothers birthday. We play stupid party games, and try and steal pickled onions off each others plates.

This year I'm bringing the best prizes.
3 used jam jars with just a single whole onion in malt vinegar. One of them has additional pickling spices and chilli flakes.

In recent years, I have painted Mum a winter-themed bauble for the Christmas Tree. This year I am going for a Ducks trying to land on a frozen lake.

If anyone knows of some ducks (25mm scale ish) for sale, I would greatly appreciate it! Trying to avoid getting the resin printer out.

Tried these this evening.

It's a subtle orange flavour, if like me you get several Terry's for Christmas you feel like you want more. Doesn't overstay its welcome, or take away from the reason you enjoy Bourbons in the first place.

A worthy sequel. 4/5

It was supposed to be a coaster.

FB reminded me 2 years ago I went to see @chipzel.bsky.social at Electric Brixton and managed to take my favourite photos of all time.
