I don't think there's any issue in the text placement being in the place it would be on a regularly formatted card, 100% of the issues is down to poor choice of art to use, and poor placement

I love Carly Mazur's work, but she hasn't really done work for MtG for a while (there was a big stink over her Faithless Looting art because most MtG players don't actually get art)
