I went back to the water temple and beat the boss since I only had that left to do. Then, feeling confident, I went into the stone tower temple and it completely obliterated me. It's so confusing I feel like crying

I'm not gonna go back into the water temple right away. I'll first look for the fairy fountain because I had completely forgotten about her, and then I'm planning on completing a side quest that I had to abandon because I didn't have ice arrows
