A screenshot of my friend and I, texting about whether I should join Twitter or Bluesky. The first message is from my friend, which reads "but I thrive in chaos. you might be better suited for blue sky." My follow up reads, "[narrative voice over] And we went our separate ways without having understood each other. As in this owrld nobody understands the other easily. [/narrative voice over]." The next message, also from me, is, "(I stole this from Goethe)." He replies, "I waved good bye as she rode off towards Bluesky. I watched her go, and wished her well as I sharpened my machete. It was a necessary tool for a necessary evil; Twitter."
