So apparently, two people making important decisions at the Office of Personnel Management are a 21 year-old and another that just graduated high school last fkn year.

looked this up. the ENTIRE state of alabama has a grand total of 2,569 haitian immigrants. as best i can tell there are no more than 100 haitian immigrants in Guntersville, a town of about 8500
