My fam has this bit where we joke about selling each others favorite things (e.g. “toy train for sale!”). Anyways when they get to me it’s always “data! Data for sale!” The kids giggle because they don’t realize that this is a very real market worth billions per year. #dataBS #parenting

What’s hard about parenting is complete lack of empathy from the kids. 4 year olds simply don’t give a sh*t that you’re solo parenting this week and therefore doing all the drop offs and pickups and dinners and cleaning and bed times AND your full time job so can you plz just put on your damn pjs

My 7 year old just explained to my 4 year old what a wedgie is and these are really the moments that make parenting worth it.
