Good blog post. 77M tremor from mid-40's. ET stopped me painting back in 2021 which caused me to somewhat stupidly declare war in ET. After considerable research one thinks that one know the enemy.

It looks to me like Essential Tremor

You need to see a neurologists or a Movement Disorder Specialist first who assess your tremor a suggest possible treatments.

Keep the faith. There are lots of support groups. Here is one essentialtremor.org

It's actually the ethanol in the wine that attenuates the tremor. Beer or other alcoholic drinks will also work but one is enough. Additional alcohol is not beneficial.
