Hello world! I'm an aspiring writer and artist still trying to figure out what I'm doing. I mostly write fanfics but I do a bit of original work as well. I haven't been doing much art stuff lately but I also want to get back into that.
Shout out to back when I wanted to do a supernatural buddy-comedy detective series starring Frankenstein's monster and Dracula. Sadly that project fell by the wayside years ago but it would be fun to pick it up again at some point.

Here are the characters I've already started on, by the way. Thinking about reverting the redhead's hairstyle to something closer to its last design, and the younger girl's casual clothes are still a WiP (and I still need to redo her magical girl uniform).

Getting back to working on my comic (again), and I'm reworking the character designs (again). There's one character specifically that I want to redesign from the ground up, but I'm struggling to come up with ideas.

It feels like forever, but I've finally finished the first Paralogue of Cruel Dragon's Thesis (my Legend of Zelda/Fire Emblem Awakening crossover fanfic)! Now I just need to get back to the main story, as well as Super Ridley Bros 2. (Links in alt text)

I feel like my art hasn't improved much since Covid. Mainly because I keep not making anything new for long stretches of time, so when I am working on art, it tends to be a matter of getting back to the level I was already at.

Finally got back to working on the new cover for Masks & Monsters. Who knows, someday I might actually finish it.

Copy/Pasting assets from my 1st draft to see how things look. Font size 10 takes up too much space, so using a mix of 6 and 8 for this. (Panels are a different size ratio than my old template, which is why those blue lines are there.)

Font size 6 was definitely too small for thumbnails. Let's try bigger.

1st Draft designs for a pair of minor characters in my upcoming webcomic that I still need to make, Viviane (Viv) the witch & Gwenhwyfar (Gwen) the ghost. They're both originally from ~16th century Wales but have since become members of Isabella's coven.

Just remembered that time I started writing a Snow White/The Hobbit crossover a few months ago, which would have had Snow join Thorin's party in Bilbo's place. Looks like this was as far as I got.

My latest ArtFight attack, featuring @carminedeville.bsky.social's Carmen (and her shadow) on a Queen of Spades card. I made 2 versions of this one. The white BG looks more like a real playing card and was my official submission, but I think the gray BG makes the art pop a bit more.
