I've seen a few it's posts about incorrect anatomy of possum drawings (I mostly remember that thread about opossum ears, how they look and how they shouldn't look) and even though it wasn't something I've consciously thought about before, it was very educational and enriched me, for which I'm glad ☺️

It also looks like the AI doesn't understand how mirrors work because it shows the bottom jaw of the "actual animal" and the reflection after "playing dead" at the same time, in spite of the angle of the "camera" 🤔🤔🤔

...cannot see possums in the wild around here as they are native to NA. I even tried to skim through zoos in my area whether they have any possums in their inventory but the closest were red pandas. So learning about possums makes me really content, especially information that disproves some of 2/?

Oh okay, now I understand what you meant with the post. And amusingly, I think I encountered your account for the first time because of the post about photos of unhealthy opossums and the signifiers that correctly point out said possum is not with good health. Eye opening as I live in Europe and 1/?

This is how I've felt with @possumeveryhour.iơ for the last 6 months. I am glad that it introduced me to so many amazing photos of possums, and sometimes it does post some of my favourite, but nowadays it is other accounts that show me a brand new possum 😔

Also, I LOVE how after seeing thousands of opossum pictures, some are so memorable that a simple description can easily conjure the exact photo the query is asking for 🤭
