I am going to have to get this amazing manicure replaced this week (you can tell my nails are super grown out!) but:

For three weeks I have had Russian Suprematism paintings reproduced in perfect miniature on my fingers and it has made me so happy. (I got these done at Vanity Projects in NYC!)

Am I going to Worldcon? Yes! I will be in Seattle next weekend, Friday through Sunday.

I've seen lenticular clouds before but this is something else.

my darling wife collects magazines and cookbooks from the 1950s/60s and she has brought home some better-homes-and-gardens issues from '56 and one of them contained ... this

... cream of mushroom soup shake, my god, it's amazing anyone survived mid-century.
