Running Update!

Ran a 10k race today! Was my fastest time to date being 1hr 3m. Hoped to break the 1 hr today as it is my last 10k race of the year, but it is what it is.

Looking forward to what next year brings~!

Running Update!

Finally back in the 28 minute range 5K (28m 48s today). Was hoping to be about 30s faster, but the cold air messed with my sinuses and throat. Still, very happy to find myself back where I was previously. Hoping to break 27 minutes before the end of the year!

Slowly getting faster:
5K time - 29 min (roughly 9m 20s per mi pace)
10k time - 1h 7m (roughly 10m 46s per mi pace)

Hoping to break into 28 min 5K and a sub 1h 5m 10k before the year is up~
