You may want to look into AODA if you’re looking to be a part of something but still be solitary. My husband also does not do group rituals and aoda works for him bc you build your own curriculum. He considers himself solitary. Just a suggestion.

Yea we actually did a gluten free version while camping at an event several years back and it was very popular! I forget what flour blend we used but it turned out great. I’m gluten free so of course I was delighted!

Can easily be done gluten free too.
