The Epstein files act has been passed veto proof. This also ruins the GOP project plans for the next year, because the next year they'll be swamped with data from the files and focus on the midterms.

If people are worried about the Senate using the nuke option, don't.
Thune explicitly said he's not going through with it. It's too much of a risk. And the Dems can use it when they regain the majority in both chambers. With the midterms coming up, it's way too risky.

Remember this. All paper ballots is a bad idea. Too much tampering. Plus those are failing. Digital still works, every state will use different machines to vote. And the states can't let GOP fools who are immature oversee. Responsible folk like us should oversee the tallies.
