I am a Seattleite, owner of https://www.whatisaggregate.com, documentary producer and impact producer, raging Democrat, fan of evidence-informed policy, basketball fan (Go Storm!), and John Hughes' pen pal. My favorite movie of all time is Badlands.
I'd put money on this guy living nowhere near NYC and living paycheck to paycheck while hating poor people.

You step in because you are needed; Mills is not needed here. Platner's got this.

Betty's opening line in his acceptance speech for Best Director for Reds is the most romatic thing in the universe.

The accompanying peachy pink icons look like vulva diagrams, which is the best thing I can say about them.

I watched it recently and was flabbergasted that my divorced father brought me to see it in the movie theater.

Today, Ted would have joined a men's group and started voting for Trump and posting rude comments on women's social media posts about how he wouldn't f*ck them.

Sounds more like the people of New York City should be worried.

Had to miss the end to get on a flight.

Thank you, Jesus.

ORWELL 2+2 = 5 — "The opinion that art should have nothing to do with politics is itself a political attitude" - Orwell; ADOLESCENCE — I came late to this party, but holy hell is this good storytelling.

But they don't like it either.

Not everyone is being a coward; some of them are actually evil.

I bought these, the Betty White, the Keith Haring and the "250 Years of Delivering." I love USPS and I think it's horrendous that we take it for granted.

Yet another "thing" ruined by social media. Everyone thinks they can write a review; everyone thinks their opinion is valid — regardless of whether it is informed.

When I see an amazing film, I hunt down its reviews from my favorite critics, reliving the joy and discovering even more.

I am sad.

+1

He's smart, funny, and conscious of the power of his words and of the films about which he writes; I look forward to reading him elsewhere.

You are forgiven for disparaging the Space Needle. 😉

I have lived here for 15 years and I still stop and take a picture of it from time to time. It's perfect just as it is and how it was intended to be.
