My throat, under my jawline, and the top of my scalp feel *bruised* and incredibly tender.
There is nothing visible.
It feels sore to the touch, but also feels sore if I stretch in any kind of way.

The biggest external things that helped:
Cat TV on YouTube. This calmed her so much, so immediately, we were blown away.
Calming collars. We use the gray ones.

I put her cat bed on my desk. I sat there and did art, or planting, or sat in my recliner with her next to me. Still took 6 mos for her to trust me enough to reach out to me.

Our son lived with us at the time, and rescued this cat. I was still down with my first crash of Longcovid.
As it turns out, this cat was seriously abused. It literally took 6 months before we could touch her.

Since longcovid, I can only do short visits, so I'm very thankful that my granddaughter lives in the same campground as me! #pwme

*At least 15-20 minutes of exercise a day.

Cleaning out a storage space, when you live in a 36 ft RV is a challenge. 😅
