In training yesterday, we practiced moving with and catching kicks to get your opponent off balance. I think it’s a good metaphor for life: Sometimes we can’t avoid the hits. Roll with the punches and move with the kicks. Catch it just only for a second so you can get a better angle. 🤜🥊
