This is Kew Gardens last weekend.

I went for a solo walk, with my late mum. We sat on the bench together and had a good talk about the year since the last anniversary of her death. It was wonderful 🥲🖤

Gosh buying Paragon extFS for Mac is a disappointing experience. Double restart is unavoidable, and being forced to create an account to use my new licence key is annoying, but account creation requiring action from the support team is just… WTF‽

I visited a friend in Todmorden a month back or so, and bought this lovely oils-on-wood painting of the Yorkshire moors from the art gallery on the train platform.

I’ve lost the name of the artist (😭) but I did build it a frame yesterday, which I’m rather proud of ☺️
The white wooden frame I made, holding the moody Yorkshire moors painting I bought, hanging on my deep green bedroom wall. It looks ace. A close up of the paining in the frame I made for it; you can see the grey brushstrokes of the clouds and the golden yellow and greens of the rolling hills.
