After they beat the Cowboys on Thanksgiving I actually did. And they were five minutes from wrapping up the division in that Titans game. That year did feel different and I know I’m not alone in thinking that in this fanbase.

Grier likely isn’t the last consequence of it failing either (he really should’ve been gone last offseason). But they’re not canning a coach right now when the players are still clearly playing for him and they don’t have a better option at QB. It’ll hopefully start to be remedied this offseason.
