after having the fabric for about 5 months i’m FINALLY sewing my obi. it only consists of a running stitch, but it’s going to be a little longer than 4 m so wish me luck 🫠

ofc! so the miyatsuguchi is basically the feature that differentiates men’s from women’s kimono, and it’s the open slit between the body and the sleeves. women’s kimono have this feature is because the obi is wider and worn higher up then on men’s kimono, but our silly sticks his extra arms through.

my favorite part about sukuna’s design is the fact that in the manga he wears his obi in a traditionally masculine style, but this in changed in the anime to give him a cunty bow. mappa agrees that he is hello kitty coded🫶
