That’s what I guess the series The Boys wants to demonstrate. And I wouldn’t usually trust tv series to explain to me how society works: instead, this one laughs sad and sardonically about itself and American society, and it is so true and creepy that makes you wanna try stop the wheel.

I totally agree with you on this, we’ve seen it with so many of ours too, in Italy.
Hence the delusion that Silver’s post arose? You expected him to remain critical and treat Hunter’s case as of its own?

I’m I mistaken if I also read into the Arpaio post a tendency to get over Trump’s decision, not expecting anything different/better from the man, while Silver may have expected a lot “better” (in his opinion) from Biden?

I’m asking in all humbleness: why don’t we consider the possibility of changing one’s mind in 5 years and still being able to keep one’s own integrity? Would it have been more acceptable if he had explained why the drastic change in his opinion?
