Never bought into the intermittent fasting fad—and I’m glad I didn’t. Always best to wait for large-scale studies like this one before following the lemmings.

When this lob was in the air, I actually thought how embarrassing my retreat would be if the NFL’s NextGen Stats flashed on the screen. My ankle is maybe only 10% to blame.

UNTOLD: Fall of Favre was No. 1 in the U.S. and Canada in its first week on Netflix. When @frontofficesports.bsky.social , EverWonder Studios and Time Studios began work on this documentary more than a year ago, I hoped it'd have legs. This, however, has exceeded my expectations.
