Have just got access to a copy of the judgment - the account of the conditions in which the asylum seekers were held on Diego Garcia is unflinching. The sheer horror that the UK Government inflicted this on people seeking a place of safety up until a couple of weeks ago:

Mentally ill asylum seekers might be segregated in a non air conditioned 'laundry' or imprisoned in a removal room, with extremely limited access to the outside world. This was all happening with very limited legal infrastructure, but clearly putting the person and others at risk of serious harm.
