Linux Mint Mate Edition. Everything just works, very stable, and I find Mate to be a delightfully clean desktop environment.

I remember when Breath of the Wild was announced. My dad the nurse had been at a convention of sorts. And he brought home this little (5") LCD screen that had been used to advertise some medication. I hacked it, and replaced the video with the reveal trailer for BotW.
