In order to pass an amendment like that..he needs Congress to pass it..then have it ratified by 3/4 of the State legislatures...of course...there r other ways..he could run as VP in 2028 under a Vance/Trump ticket..and be the power behind the throne, or, force Vance to step down in favour of him.

I was just commenting to my partner about preparations in Congress to amend the 22nd Amendment to allow Trump a 3rd term...she asked about it...I told her it would be a difficult run....unless Trump et al passed an "Enabling Act"...😐
