A federal judge ruled that the Trump administration’s takeover and gutting of the U.S. Institute of Peace were unlawful and a “gross usurpation of power” and ordered the reinstatement of officials ejected by the White House.

A federal judge ruled that the Trump administration’s takeover and gutting of the U.S. Institute of Peace were unlawful and a “gross usurpation of power” and ordered the reinstatement of officials ejected by the White House.
