I worked for a park that hired a director with this mentality. The biggest expense for the entire park was her 60k per year part-time salary. To put it in perspective, 35k was the salary for full-time employees, and there were 3 of us. All she did was complain about how much everything cost.

I've worked for 4 different governments. Yes they do. It took 2 months for a park I worked for to get the legal allowance to let the summer camp kids use a spare room in the village hall once a week. Need a new transmission for that bus? Gonna have to wait for approval by the trustees in a month

They're delusional, self centered and impossible to get through to. So you do the same thing you do to every other narcissist: cut all contact and ignore them. Division is the solution but it has to be on a personal level.

Romans kept records of everything. Their evidence of this Jesus character? A letter from one guy to another that says, "trust me bro he was legit". That letter was written over a century after.
