Droichead Arts Centre and filmmaker Frank W. Kelly are delighted to announce the fourth Boyne Valley International Film Festival Aug 8 - 10 2025.

Her TV credits include Normal People, Kin, Bodkin, and The Dry, while films include Banshees of Inisherin, Disenchanted, and Sing Street. She has won multiple CSA Artios and CDG Awards and was Emmy-nominated in 2020. Louise is a member of BAFTA, IFTA & The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences

Louise Kiely studied Law at UCC and trained at The Gaiety School of Acting before founding Louise Kiely Casting in 2005.

TJ has proven himself to be an exemplary filmmaker and we believe one who will be directing some of Ireland’s most celebrated films for years to come. We are thrilled to honour TJ at this year’s festival as the Filmmaker in Focus 2025.

A member of the Directors Guild of America, TJ was also selected for a Werner Herzog masterclass and Les Nuits en Or, a UNESCO and French Academy of Film-backed showcase of standout short films.

His short film Wave won an IFTA and was featured in The New Yorker and by Disney after premiering at Tribeca. His latest short, Room Taken - funded by Screen Ireland and executive produced by Colin Farrell - has won 45 awards and was shortlisted among the final 15 for the 2025 Academy Awards.

TJ O’Grady-Peyton is an award-winning filmmaker and commercial director who first gained recognition at the Young Director Awards at Cannes. He has directed international campaigns for Guinness, Under Armour, UEFA, BMW, the European Union and the Premier League.
