But even if it was, he may just want a change. To live somewhere else. To experience a new challenge. I hoped he stayed but I'm not mad that he's leaving. He's earned the right to choose and am grateful that he did so much to help the club have its most successful run in decades.

For me, he won everything at the club. He gave all he could. He wants a different experience. Hope he enjoys it - except when playing against Liverpool in the future.

I think the Dodgers salary is misleading because of the insane amount of deferred money. Ohtani was "made" like 2 million last year on a 70 million per year salary!
