I’ve been lurking in car forums for the last few months and saw reports from drivers of General Motors cars that GM was selling their driving data to LexisNexis. It was resulting in their insurance going up. Can that be true, I thought.

proponents of autonomous vehicles mostly talk as if the defining standard of good driving is merely navigating from one place to another without a collision.

and i can’t imagine how anyone could be a good driver if that’s their whole notion of good driving.
