If you are on Windows - turn WSL m2 on and install Ubuntu from the Microsoft store

Install Git
Install VS Code
Install Docker Desktop

In the GitHub repo page click the button beside the link and copy the url

VS Code open terminal and type git clone <paste url from GitHub>

Docker compose up
