But somehow they are missing the reflection step that those are contradictory approaches to that. But I guess it was never meant to make sense, only to justify why this person specifically deserves success/promotions/money.

The Growth mindset thing always was about getting better without doing any work. It moves 'Improving' from something you do to an innate quality you have, so you improve by simply existing. In some sense AI also releases you from the need to work on getting better, since the AI does it for you

I mean, it was always management nonsense, so I'm not really surprised that they would drop one for the other, but how are working while thinking AI is the greatest thing AND subscribing to the 'Growth Mindset' way of thinking?

Not that I want to defend the Growth Mindset nonsense, but isn't AI literally the antithesis to that? Having single tool that you use for every problem, no matter how well suited it is. And then not even bothering to learn, since AI does it for you. Isn't that a 'fixed mindset'?
