Rinse 1 cup rice, .5 cup quinoa, .5 cup lentils and cook in rice cooker with 3 cups water/broth. Dice 2 chicken breasts and toss in a teriyaki sauce, air fry for 30 on 365. Microwave veggies of some kind and mix!
