I'm curious about this also. Every photo I've ever placed a nudity warning on seems to automatically gets a sexual activity warning as well, even though those image never depict sexual activity. When I appeal, those particular warnings usually get removed, but I haven't posted in a while.

I think photographically/artistically 1 is a better photo. I think 2 is more sexy because pretty and naked model is super beautiful.
