Water is always very tricky due to how light interacts with it. Maybe more waves/ripples, heavier distortion? Hard to say, but I can kind of feel/see it. And yeah, can relate to that self criticism! But always nice to see your work even if it's not perfect! Should follow that advice myself! xd

Well I semi have already! There's still 1 more group of pics I could dig up and re-post, but these are from 2022 mirrored on my tumblr dumblr from 2 years back. But maybe drawing the beta design cape with it's glitz and glamour would be fun. Just gotta hope the heat won't kill my motivation!

Cool great work! Their cape is a lot more sparkly in their beta design. But people don't draw Jackle enough in "cool" poses, well most Nightmaren honestly, but that designs pose has been in my mind for a while which showcases that posing and perspective help really sell a mood.

The other characters, like the other nightmaren? Yeah that's gonna take some more brain processing to attach mons to some of them. Like there's a couple that are really easy, queen Bella, Chamelan, Gulpo. But otherwise, things start being more abstract due to their shapes and whatnot
