Honestly? I figured I could make the money up in commissions, but most of that goes to bills & I'm barely able to sustain myself. On top of a dizzying backlog, I feel its best to pause coms after this project is over.

Keep practicing with your writing! Eventually you'll be confident enough to charge people for it. But that takes time, practice, and willingness to learn.
