I'm still here. A neighbor ended up knocking on my door yo bring me some cookies and it stopped me from doing what I was about to do. Turns out they had noticed I was looking upset and brought me cookies to cheer me up.

Unfortunately I don't have anyone and I can't afford a ambulance ride to the hospital as I do not have a car.
