Just took a look at the photo of your sourdough bagels. They look delish! I’ve tried my hand at pizza, pancakes, and bread, but my favourite has to be the pancakes for now.

- More hydration.
- Actually use bread flour instead of all purpose.
- Score deeper and with confidence lol.
- I think I left it in the bulk fermentation stage for too long?
