Today’s before and yesterday’s after workout pics. Trainer upped the level of training. Wiped me out yesterday. Wild hair. No makeup. Exhausted. Felt like throwing up but I finished. All to counteract the stinking meds I have to take. Felt like passing out at the end today. Starting to see results!
