Hell fuckin yeah bay-beeeee!! We got in those size H turkey breasts instead of those dinky double A ones! God is real and they love meeeeeeee!
(Context: the larger turkey breasts are easier to trim out than the tiny ones. Also feels like it goes faster when trimming them than the tiny ones)

this is probably one of the cooler pictures I've taken of a bird in a while. A Cooper's hawk caught themselves a white throated sparrow for lunch. Those eyes are just so intense!

Was going through my camera roll from two weeks ago, picking out my favorite photos, and saw these cool shots of blue heron catching a fish. I like how you can see the fish's life flash before their eyes before the heron swallows them whole. A bit morbid, but still cool!

Some not birds from today! A froggo riding their noble steed, an opossum coming to the horrible conclusion that they are being Perceived, a water lily (my beloved), and a neat peony with the sickest name ever (Sword Dance).

I think this was the bird I was most excited to see today, an yellow warbler! I always hear them, but could never find them UNTIL NOW!

Some more birds from birding today! A handsome male cardinal, a tufted titmouse looking innocent after totally not murdering that guy over there, an eastern bluebird checking out their surroundings, and a black-capped chickadee contemplating flying over to the feeder for one more seed.

Sunday Birding: Summer Tanager edition! I kept on hearing these guys the whole time I was birding, I swear they were following me! The first two are of a male. I thought the flight shot was neat! The third is a molting or juvenile male, and the last is the female!

Some EXCELLENT birds today! A house finch fluffing his feathers, a cardinal showing off how HANDSOME he is, a tufted titmouse doing their best to look as cute as possible, and a carolina wren that popped out of the bushes all of a sudden for me to take this picture of them.

The two pictures I was MOST EXCITED to see from birding today! A northern parula that sat still enough for me to take a picture (and then continued their fight with two other parulas) and a belted kingfisher that looks like they want to murder me. #birds

There is just something about tufted titmice that make them look like they just got caught trying to hide a dead body, but are doing their best to look as innocent as possible. Anyway, enjoy this picture of a titmouse that did not that kill that guy, what are you talking about officer? #birds
