the same woman messaged my friend after giving her notice that she “was t going to find better care anywhere else” in the meantime I found 5 stalls yesterday where they “forgot to fill the water”

crazy part is it wasn’t the BO, it was some who USED to board with us but lost her horse over the summer. she just still hangs around. such a weird thing to go after me like that.

also by moving him I get my title of assistant manager back after having to give up my last barn manager job so…

Although current BO did it to herself. She doesn’t give me enough hours, I’ve found my horse with no water in his field more than once, and I’ve been asking for two months to have him be put with a pair/group and there’s always an excuse why she can’t.

That’s what I’m expecting. I was just given a great opportunity at an eventing barn in the area that can help me expand my career much more than my current situation can. I’d be dumb not to take it but I worry so much about how my current BO is going to handle it.

It is. The employee in question was asking me why I go out everyday to give my horse his vitamin e syringe and my biggest regret is not telling her that I don’t trust her to actually do it instead of saying I just want the excuse to see him daily which is also true 🤠

I’m getting to that point. I just worry it’s going to happen again 😭

I’m getting really mad because all my BO does is complain about her full time worker but won’t actually do anything about it even with me making it clear I’d take over. I’m honestly starting to casually look elsewhere which sucks because I don’t wanna put my horse through another move.
