Second time the whole beanie 🙄 I’d knitted the teen size but it was way too tight (tried it on his brother in secret). So started again doing young adult size this time. He’s only 10!! I knit too tightly I dare say.

Well the first time was because I twisted the stitches on the circular needle so only about 5 rows in before I realised.

Knitting a beanie for my grandson. A beanie! It’s been the unravelling of me literally. Frogged it twice. Something as simple as a beanie in the round. I don’t know what’s gotten into me!!

Oh my word chefs kiss indeed. That’s stunning. I do anything I can not to crochet or knit in plain yarn. However I’m making a beanie at the moment in plain blue. It’s slow going and I’m a slow knitter at the best of times.

Oh bless. I’ve just popped a pic of my 16 year old JR on my feed. He’s deaf and has dog dementia but he’s a happy boy. I take him for walks in a stroller. ❤️🐾
