I find it to be a really interesting thought exercise. Like, say my character is doing yoga. Where? In a studio? What would be in that room aside from my character on a yoga mat? What building is the studio in? You don't need to draw all of it out, but knowing that info helps decision making.

It was so goooood, I watch it every year around Halloween. I enjoyed every moment and reference. And the effects still hold up pretty well today.
