all of us, whether currently homeless or not, have to start thinking abt what housing will look like going fwd

repairs, utilities, food...all of that continues increasing. how does your household maintain--let alone thrive--without pooling & coops??

Definitely ruined a lot of cities building housing people can't affored. Homeless people might eventually started squatting in them. That's what I would do.

like, at some point you gotta look at your rental properties, airbnbs, & 2000-sq-ft-for-one-person homes & reflect in the face of all that's happening re: housing...
