This is getting rid of any safeguards against contractors price gouging the government. It’s part of the overall Trump goal of enabling grift, bribery, etc

And, they often express the idea that residents who rent shouldn’t have a voice because they’re not “real”residents. You hear this often in Alameda where over 1/2 the residents rent. Shameful.

The white replacement windows are a crime, as is all the painted woodwork on the second floor. Ruins the character of the house.

I saw Yo La Tengo at the Bottom of the Hill in SF in 1993. They were the free music at the Sunday All You Can Eat BBQ for $5.

Saw Kurt Wagner (Lambchop) at an art gallery in SF in 2018 with about 50 other people. Got to talk with him after the show.

One of my favorites is a scene on Nob Hill in Vertigo where Jimmy Stewart is trailing Kim Novak in a car. The first 6-8 turns are consistent with the actual streets and then it goes wacky.
